Pall Ring Packing

Pall ring Packing Application:

Plastic pall ring packing is especially suitable for petroleum, chemical, chlor-alkali, gas, environmental protection and other industries in the low and medium temperature (60-150 degrees) distillation, absorption and scrubbing towers and carbon dioxide degassing tower, ozone contact reaction tower as a contact packing and other reaction towers.

Ceramic pall ring packing is suitable for carbon dioxide degassing tower acid mist purification tower, ozone contact reaction tower, etc. as contact packing and other reaction towers.

Metal pall ring Packing Application:Vacuum distillation columns, processing of heat-sensitive, easy to decompose, easy to polymerize, easy to carbonize materials.

 

Product Characteristic

Pall ring due to the ring wall openings, greatly improving the utilization rate of the ring space and the inner surface of the ring, airflow resistance is small, the liquid distribution is uniform. It has the advantages of large flux, small resistance, high separation efficiency and large operating flexibility, etc. In the same buck, the handling capacity can be more than 50% larger than that of Rasi ring. Compared with the Lacy ring, this packing has a large production capacity, strong resistance, operational flexibility and other characteristics, in general the same pressure drop when dealing with can be larger than the Lacy ring 50% -100%, the same treatment pressure drop than the Lacy ring is smaller than 50% -70%, pall ring gas flux can be increased by more than 50%, the efficiency of the mass transfer equipment to improve the efficiency of about 30%. pall ring is a kind of packing with wide application.
