Polymeric sulfate, chemical Chinese name: Polymeric sulfate, solid polymeric sulfate (referred to as solid polyferric iron or SPFS), is a superior performance of inorganic polymer coagulant.The liquid is brownish brown, the solid is light yellow amorphous powdery solid, very soluble in water, 10% (mass) of the aqueous solution is reddish brown transparent solution, the solid product has strong hygroscopicity.Polymeric sulfate is widely used in the purification and treatment of drinking water, industrial water, industrial wastewater, municipal wastewater, sludge dewatering and so on. It is soluble in water, alcohol, chloroform, carbon tatrachloride, slightly soluble in benzene, also into the phosphorus removal agent

Product Application:

1. Printing and dyeing wastewater treatment, instead of the traditional low molecular iron salt and aluminum salt coagulant, relative to the traditional coagulant dosage, coagulation efficiency is low, there are aluminum ions and other residual easy to cause secondary pollution, the polymerization of ferric sulfate dosage of 150 ppm or so, its dosage is small, the removal rate of COD and chromaticity is high, and the optimal ph condition is 8.

2. Electroplating wastewater treatment, can be used as coagulant and complex breaker. Complexes are mainly copper-ammonia complexes, which are stable in nature, pH=11, and difficult to precipitate directly with alkali, polyaluminum and other coagulants. It can also be used as water reuse.

3. Paper wastewater treatment, instead of polymerized aluminum chloride, aluminum sulfate, etc., used as a coagulant, can also be used as paper sludge dewatering, paper wastewater treatment, white water recycling process can not be used in the polymerization of ferric sulfate (polymers containing strong cations), can only be used with polymerized aluminum chloride.

This product is widely used in the purification and treatment of drinking water, industrial circulating water and industrial wastewater of chemical industry, petroleum, mining, papermaking, printing and dyeing, brewing, iron and steel, gas and other industries, and it can achieve good effect on different kinds of water sources in different areas.When used, the liquid ferrous sulfate is generally formulated into 10% - 50% aqueous solution (can be directly added when the turbidity of the source water is high), and the solid ferrous sulfate is formulated into 10% - 30% aqueous solution, and then according to the specific circumstances, the formulated solution is put into the better conditions and amount of drugs, and a better coagulation effect can be obtained after sufficient mixing.
